The debate continues to rage, between medical childbirth and Unassisted Birth. The medical profession argues that if mother pregnant giving in hospital its safer if there is a medical problem arises during the process. While those who support free birthing declare that most problems occur due to medical intervention.

What is it the answer? Who is the right? With medical childbirth or Unassisted Birth ? The answer is neither. It depends on pregnant women to choose a method to bring the baby into the world. There are those who believe that the pain surgical or chemical intervention may be dangerous to both baby and mother.

While others just want to control their own bodies during the Unassisted Birth birth process. Some pregnant women are very pleased to submit the entire process of their child to their pediatrician and it was OK. Everyone should do what they feel is right and not be subjected to actions they might regret later.

So what is an Unassisted Childbirth? And can a mother of such an epidural or pain killing drugs claimed to have natural childbirth? Is it really important?

What is important is to bring your baby into the world safely and without suffering more discomfort than you can tolerate. Some moms have an easy birth, others have a high tolerance for pain while others found the whole process of the birth frightening. The important thing is to not feel guilty if you have the heart to give birth in a natural way and you find that you need pain relief during birthing process. To bring a baby into the world safely it’s more important while still maintaining your own well-being so you can look after your baby when you get home.

If you have chosen an Unassisted Birth, you may want to take some childbirth classes to help you cope with labor, especially if you are not planning on using pain relief such as an epidural. Choosing a class was held outside the hospital system because many hospitals don’t support Unassisted Birth. These very popular classes are Bradley Method or Hypnobirthing.

Get your partner involved in birthing process if you have a supportive husband. But if you are going solo, you can hire a doula that can help support you emotionally and physically throughout the birthing process.

If you healthy & confident and will not need medical attention, the birthing centers are ideal for you. Those centers encourage Unassisted Birth, whatever that is important not to put your health, or your child’s health at risk, because you are determined to give birth naturally.
